I am normally able to turn racquets round in 3 - 5 days (dependant on product availability), so you won't be without your favourite racquet for more than a few days, and an express service is also available. Please be aware in times of higher demand, turnaround times may be longer and the express service unavailable. For personal callers a free loan badminton, squash or tennis racquet can be made available.

I am happy to receive personal callers or if you live within a 10-mile radius of OL2 6EB, I will collect and deliver multiple racquets free of charge. Singular rackets I will collect and deliver within a 5-mile radius free of charge. outside this radius an additional charge of £2.50 will apply.

During and after the lifting of Covid travel restrictions, I have had 100's of satisfied mail order customers, who have continued to use the service.
